Dr. Adriel Perez, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Welcome, I am Dr. Adriel Perez, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). I am an Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (A-APRN) specializing in the management of acute and chronic health conditions. I bring years of experience in primary care and endocrinology as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a strong clinical focus on the management of chronic and complex conditions. My areas of expertise include diabetes, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity, adenomas, and other chronic conditions.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in 2014 and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of South Florida in 2019. I most recently graduated from the University of South Florida with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree on May 2, 2024—the highest level of clinical practice education in nursing, focused on advanced scientific knowledge and excellence in patient care.
I am passionate about improving access to high-quality healthcare and providing compassionate, patient-centered care. As a bilingual provider fluent in both English and Spanish, I strive to ensure that every patient feels heard, respected, and supported. I opened my practice to serve the Central Florida communities, with a commitment to individualized care that recognizes each patient’s unique needs and health goals.

When not taking care of patients, Adriel enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and his two young daughters, Lori Sue and Hope Ann. He also enjoys playing basketball and golf, listening to music, and woodworking.
