Founded by Dr. Adriel Perez, DNP, Autonomous-APRN, FNP-C, the kind and compassionate team at Diabetes & Weight Loss Center treat you on an individual level, addressing all of your personal needs. As a bilingual provider, Adriel is proud to serve his patients in both English and Spanish.
Our team is eager to assist you and your loved ones with all your primary care needs including diabetes management, whether that means teaching you how to use an insulin pump or helping you better manage your medications. We also offer comprehensive weight loss program plans complete with nutrition programs and medical assistance if needed. Located in the heart of Oviedo, Diabetes & Weight Loss Center is happy to serve residents in Central Florida.

Adriel Perez not only cares for his patients, but he also cares about his patients. He treats each patient on a personal level, ensuring they get care for their individual needs. Adriel is very excited to bring years of endocrinology experience and offer primary care services that go beyond conventional healthcare. Prioritizing a comprehensive approach that encompasses preventative care and chronic disease management. Adriel is dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive and evidence-based care to the residents of Central Florida.
